9. Am I responsible for toll charges?
Yes, customers are responsible for all toll charges incurred during delivery and pickup, including those in Qatar.
10. How long do I have to use the equipment if it's dropped off at 10 AM for a 1 Day rental?
You may utilize the equipment for up to eight (8) hours until 10 AM on the following business day. Extended usage may incur additional charges.
11. Can I get a delivery tomorrow?
In most cases, next-day delivery is available. However, early morning slots may fill up quickly. Contact us for availability and scheduling.
12. How long is each rental period?
Our rental periods are defined as follows:
- One Day Rental: One (1) 8-hour shift over a 24-hour period
- One Week Rental: SIX (6) 8-hour shifts over a seven-day period
- One Month Rental: Twenty SIX (26) 8-hour shifts over a 28-day period
13. Is fuel included?
YES, fuel is included. The equipment is delivered with a full tank, and refueling during the rental period is the COMPANY responsibility.
